When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, postal address, credit/debit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

Security of your information

We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit/debit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Moreover, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

As payments are processed by PayPal you can be further assured that we do not see or have access to your card details, only the confirmation of transaction provided by PayPal.

Security of your data

Recorded images and video are subject to secure (SSL based) access by you, the account holder, and any other person(s) authorised by you. Only two senior EyeSpy247 personnel have access to the databases storing the media and only for technical or legal reasons. In addition, you full control over your media files at all times and you are able to download and delete them at will.

Information disclosed externally

We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal or other information to others. We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

(We charge £10 for information requests and will require you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved photographic identification.)
